Writer and Illustrator
My name is Ari Pluchinsky, and I work with my partner Sam Bowen to create comics. I graduated from Pennsylvania College of Art and Design with a BFA in illustration. I’ve been involved in projects with publishers including BOOM studios and Image comics, as well as a slew of small press books. I have a fantasy webcomic called WOODLANDS and ran a successful Kickstarter campaign in 2018 for a graphic novel called, GOLDFINCH. I enjoy writing fantasy, sci-fi, and thrillers with charming and diverse LGBTQ characters.
